本地目前有3家Madam Ang KK by Old Seng Choong,位于Parkway Parade的分店是唯一设有用餐区的分店,并提供本店独家菜单。

首家Madam Ang KK于2024年在Paragon设立,当时主打创新口味的红龟粿以及美味可口的蒸煮食品。品牌首次引进用餐区概念,地点就选在Parkway Parade分店。

用餐区可同时容纳25人,适合与家人朋友一同前去用餐。除了招牌红龟粿,该分店也独家推出极具本地风味的美食如参巴臭豆虾(Sambal Prawn Petai)、咖喱鸡(Curry Chicken)、仁当牛肉(Beef Rendang)以及鱼肉乌打(Fish Otah)。

“vibes”受邀试吃,首先推荐参巴臭豆虾;虾肉鲜甜多汁,配上微辣的参巴酱,口味在唇齿间的碰撞让人难忘。另外鱼肉乌打料多实在,它采用从马来西亚麻坡进口的鲭鱼制作而成,口感绵密且味道不会太咸,值得一试。

另外也推荐干面线(Dry Mee Siam)、甜口猪肠粉(Chee Cheong Fun)以及红枣糕(Red Date Cake)。干面线配上酸柑,味道酸辣适中,尤其酸味让人吃了不腻口,配上参巴酱更是增添味道层次。猪肠粉则口感顺滑轻盈,配上甜酱很对味;红枣糕则是淡淡的甜味,再来一杯热茶,就是一顿美味的下午茶。
